SEBO AIRBELT K Series Exhaust Filter – 6608ER

SEBO AIRBELT K Series Exhaust Filter – 6608ER

The SEBO 6608ER Exhaust Filter is a genuine replacement filter designed for all SEBO AIRBELT K Series canister vacuums. Located in the vacuum's exhaust filtration stage, it filters the air after it has passed through the filter bag and motor before the air is released from the machine.

Using the correct genuine SEBO exhaust filter helps maintain the filtration and airflow the K Series was designed to provide. This package contains one K Series exhaust filter.

What Does the Exhaust Filter Do?

The exhaust filter is the final filtration stage in the SEBO K Series. After incoming dirt and debris are collected by the vacuum bag and the air travels through the motor, the exhaust filter captures remaining fine particles before the air exits the vacuum.

The K Series also uses a separate pre-motor microfilter. These two filters perform different jobs and should not be confused with one another: the pre-motor filter helps protect the motor, while the 6608ER filters the outgoing exhaust air.

When Should the K Series Filters Be Replaced?

SEBO recommends replacing the pre-motor microfilter and exhaust filter after approximately 16 filter bags have been used. For many households, this works out to roughly every 1½ to 2 years, although replacement frequency can vary depending on how often the vacuum is used and the type of material being collected.

For convenient maintenance, the K Series pre-motor and exhaust filters are also available together as a filter set, and SEBO K Series Service Boxes combine replacement bags with the required filters.
