The TurboCat uses the airflow from your central vacuum to drive its internal turbine and rotating brush roller. Because the nozzle doesn't require an electric motor, there's no need for a 110V electric hose or electrical connection at the wall inlet.
TurboCat performs best on short-nap and low-pile carpeting. For homes with thicker or higher-pile carpet, an electric motorized power nozzle may provide stronger and more consistent brush-roll performance.
