Your wish has been granted! The Retraflex® hose retracts into the same piping network used by your central vacuum, not taking any added space within the walls.
The RETRAFLEX Retractable Central Vacuum Hose system is the ultimate solution to vacuum convenience as well as hose storage.
The Vacuum Hose lives inside the Central vacuum tubing pulled into the wall by suction of the Central Vacuum system. It is simple to us and operate, just open the door, pull out the length of hose needed, pull the lock mechanism lever which locks the hose in place and you are ready to vacuum.
When you are done cleaning just simply unlock the hose lever, put your hand on the end and the hose handle and watch the hose disappears into the wall.
Retraflex system is most often installed during the initial construction of the home or during renovations as it requires special type of installation, but it is also possible to retrofit the system into the existing installation.
