The SEBO 6369G1 Short Cord Assembly is a genuine replacement electrical cord used with older-style SEBO electric hose handle assemblies on compatible C3, K3 and E3 canister vacuums. This short cord provides the electrical connection required to carry power from the hose handle system to the electric telescopic wand and powerhead.
Because SEBO has used different electric hose and handle configurations over the years, 6369G1 is not a universal replacement for every C3, K3 or E3 hose. The age and style of the existing electric hose should be confirmed before ordering.

What Does the Short Cord Assembly Do?
On compatible SEBO electric canister systems, the powerhead requires an electrical path through the hose handle and telescopic wand. The 6369G1 short cord is part of this electrical connection, allowing power to continue from the hose assembly toward the electric power nozzle.
Repeated movement and bending around the hose handle can eventually wear an electrical cord or its connections. If the cord becomes damaged, the canister may continue to produce normal suction while the electric powerhead cuts in and out or stops operating.
Common Signs of a Hose Electrical Problem
- Powerhead cuts in and out as the hose or handle is moved
- Brush roller stops even though the canister still has suction
- No electrical power reaches the power nozzle
- Visible damage or wear around the short cord or hose-handle connection
- Intermittent electrical connection through the hose assembly
These symptoms do not automatically mean the short cord has failed. The hose wiring, handle contacts, telescopic wand, powerhead connection, switch or powerhead itself can produce similar symptoms, so electrical diagnosis is recommended before replacing parts.
Important: Older-Style Hose Compatibility
This part is intended for older-style compatible electric hose assemblies. Current SEBO K3 Premium and E3 Premium vacuums use newer complete hose-and-handle assemblies, so the vacuum model alone is not always enough to identify the correct electrical hose part.
